Schedule for pick-up requests by town
Express One handles domestic courier shipments weighing up to 50 kilograms. Shipments are charged at the higher value between the actual or volumetric weight. The volumetric weight is calculated by the following formula:
Volumetric weight (kg) = Height (cm) x Length (cm) x Width (cm) / 6000.
It is rounded up to a whole kilogram.
Note: All shipments are weighed at Express One logistics centers. If a difference is found with the declared weight, the control weight is considered correct.
Requests to visit a courier are accepted on official working days by phone 0700 10100, as follows:

For all other towns pick-up requests are accepted from 09.00 to 12.00 on 0700 10100.
* When submitting a shipment to an Express One office, the customer receives a 10% discount on the weight price.
