Delivery of shipments
- To the recipient's address (to door delivery)
- To an Office of Express One (parcel shop delivery). In this case the client is granted a 10% discount on the shipment price.
- Zone 1: next working day after the day of takeover by Express One
- Zone 2: up to 48 hours after the day of takeover by Express One
- Zone 3: up to 72 hours after takeover by Express One
- Delivery up to 18:00 on the same working day for the towns where this service is available..
Registration of the delivery
- Date, hour and minute of pick-up at addressс
- Status and location of the shipment within the logistics network of Express One
- Date, hour and minute of delivery to recipient
- Names of the person who took over the shipment
- Reason in case of an unsuccessful delivery
