The Standard courier service ensures delivery on the next business day (for delivery addresses in Zone 1) 

The Express courier service* ensures delivery within the same working day witin one and the same town. 

The services include:

  • Pick-up of the shipments from shipper's addess or delivery by the shipper in an Office of Express One
  • Delivery of the shipments to the recipient's address (against signature)
  • Registration of the delivery which includes data and name of the person who has taken over the shipment 

Takeover of shipments

The takeover can be done:
  • through a request for pick-up by a courier of Express One at shipper's address
  • through request for pick-up by a courier of Express One at a third party's address
  • trough drop-off of the shipment at one of the offices of Express One. In this case the client is granted a 10% discount on the shipment price. 
Pick-up by courier for  Standrad service can be requested on official working days.
Pick-up by courier for Express service* can be requested till 12:00 on official working days.
Pick-up requests can be made online (available for business clients only) or  via phone.

Delivery of shipments

The shipments can be delivered:
  • To the recipient's address (to door delivery)
  • To an Office of Express One (parcel shop delivery). In this case the client is granted a 10% discount on the shipment price.

Delivery terms

Standard courier service:
  • Zone 1: next working day after the day of takeover by Express One
  • Zone 2: up to 48 hours after the day of takeover by Express One
  • Zone 3: up to 72 hours after takeover by Express One
Domestic courier shipments are delivered on official working days between 9:00 and 18:00 h.
Express courier service*:
  • Delivery up to 18:00 on the same working day for the towns where this service is available..

Registration of the delivery

Express One ensures complete traceability of the shipments. The clients have access to the complete information about their shipments:
  • Date, hour and minute of pick-up at addressс
  • Status and location of the shipment within the logistics network of Express One
  • Date, hour and minute of delivery to recipient
  • Names of the person who took over the shipment
  • Reason in case of an unsuccessful delivery
